Welcome to ineeda.in (“Platform”, “Website”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Platform. By accessing or using ineeda.in, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
1. About ineeda
ineeda.in is a technology platform that enables customers to discover, contact, and engage independent freelancers, technicians, professionals, businesses, and service providers.
ineeda does not employ, supervise, control, endorse, certify, or guarantee any service provider listed on the Platform unless expressly stated.
We only facilitate introductions between users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable laws.
If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Nature of the Platform
ineeda is not
- an employer
- an employment agency
- a contractor
- a recruitment agency
- a service provider
- an insurer
- a guarantor
- an arbitrator
Any contract formed for services is solely between:
- Customer
- Service Provider
ineeda is not a party to that agreement.
4. User Accounts
Users may create accounts to access Platform features.
You agree that
- all information is accurate
- you will maintain account security
- you are responsible for all activities under your account
- you will immediately notify us of unauthorized access
5. Service Providers
Every listed professional represents and warrants that
- their information is accurate
- they possess required qualifications or licenses where applicable
- they have legal authority to provide their services
- they comply with all applicable laws
- they maintain required insurance where applicable
- they are solely responsible for taxes, registrations, GST, permits and licenses
ineeda does not independently verify every credential.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to
- provide accurate job information
- cooperate reasonably
- ensure a safe work environment
- comply with applicable laws
- make payments as agreed with the service provider
Customers remain solely responsible for selecting suitable professionals.
7. Payments
Unless expressly stated,
Payments are made directly between customer and service provider.
Where the Platform facilitates payments,
- payment processing may be handled by third-party payment gateways
- gateway terms also apply
- ineeda may deduct applicable platform fees
- taxes may apply
8. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes displayed or communicated through the Platform are estimates unless expressly confirmed.
ineeda does not guarantee
- lowest prices
- availability
- completion cost
- final quotations
9. Cancellations
Customers and providers may cancel bookings subject to mutually agreed terms.
ineeda is not responsible for
- cancellation losses
- delay damages
- missed appointments
- indirect business losses
10. Ratings and Reviews
Users may submit reviews.
Reviews must
- be truthful
- not be defamatory
- not contain abuse
- not contain fake information
ineeda may remove reviews at its discretion.
11. User Content
Users retain ownership of content they upload.
By uploading content, you grant ineeda a worldwide, royalty-free license to
- display
- reproduce
- publish
- distribute
- promote
solely for Platform operations and marketing.
12. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not
- impersonate another person
- upload illegal material
- post fraudulent listings
- spam users
- transmit malware
- attempt unauthorized access
- scrape Platform data
- interfere with Platform operations
- violate intellectual property rights
- promote illegal products or services
Violation may result in account suspension.
13. Verification
Although ineeda may perform certain verification procedures,
we do not guarantee
- identity
- experience
- qualifications
- licenses
- insurance
- financial stability
- background checks
- criminal history
Users should conduct their own due diligence.
14. Safety
Customers should
- verify identity
- inspect work
- avoid unsafe transactions
- report suspicious behaviour
ineeda is not responsible for theft, fraud, misconduct, negligence, injury, property damage or criminal acts committed by any user.
15. Independent Contractors
All service providers are independent businesses.
Nothing creates
- employment
- partnership
- agency
- joint venture
- franchise
between ineeda and any service provider.
16. Third-Party Services
The Platform may link to
- maps
- payment gateways
- messaging services
- social media
- external websites
ineeda does not control third-party services.
17. Intellectual Property
All Platform content including
- logo
- design
- graphics
- software
- text
- database
- trademarks
remain the exclusive property of ineeda unless otherwise stated.
No reproduction is permitted without written permission.
18. Platform Availability
We strive for uninterrupted service.
However we do not guarantee
- continuous uptime
- error-free operation
- virus-free operation
- uninterrupted availability
Maintenance or outages may occur without notice.
19. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law,
ineeda disclaims all warranties including
- merchantability
- fitness for purpose
- availability
- accuracy
- reliability
- non-infringement
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law,
ineeda shall not be liable for
- service quality
- delays
- negligence
- injuries
- property damage
- fraud
- criminal acts
- indirect damages
- business interruption
- loss of profits
- emotional distress
- consequential damages
If liability cannot legally be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount of platform fees actually received by ineeda for the relevant transaction.
21. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ineeda, its directors, employees, affiliates and partners against claims arising from
- breach of these Terms
- misuse of the Platform
- violation of law
- infringement of third-party rights
22. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for
- fraud

- illegal activities
- false information
- policy violations
23. Privacy
Collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
24. Force Majeure
ineeda shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control including

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
26. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
27. Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kottayam, Kerala, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
